Oh my! I'm sorry but I couldn't keep my eyes closed! I absolutely do LOVE IT and know exactly where it is going to hang. Promise I will put pics on my blog when it arrives. My mum is an aromatherapist and lavender is one of the most important oils in terms of healing. I love it's scent and it will hang by my front door so all our visitors are greeted with it's gentle perfume. Such beautiful fabrics too. Thank you so much. Becky x
Whoops!!! Sorry Becky, thought there was a chance you might not be back here before you received it! Couldn't resist showing it off I'm afraid, as its the first large one I've made in this longer heart shape. I usually make the standard fatter lavender hearts (of which I have rather a lot and may put in a blog shop soon as I'm running out of space and have no fairs planned) I just love lavender, it always reminds me of balmy summer days - I always have to have lavender plants in my garden, and am planning a load here in our new garden. Glad you like the look of it Becky!
So glad you came to visit my blog today!! It's good to have new friends. I love your hearts! Just what the doctor order for me today. Will add your lovely site to my follow list! Chris :o)
I left you a comment not realizing I was still signed in under my hubby's business blog....sorry Heidi. p.s.I decided he should join your fabulous blog while we were here....Have a great rest of the evening!
I'm sure she'll love it, it's so cute.

Gill, it's lovely, she's a lucky girl. This is a silly question but...... where do you get lavender from?
ReplyDeleteLesley x
Thankyou for your lovely comments, you are very kind - but not everybody likes the same thing do they so you can't assume?
