what more excuse is needed to settle down for a little while with a hot drink and something naughty to eat......
in the company of a good friend
Thank you everyone for taking the time to leave comments on my posts - it is lovely to read them all, and I do appreciate them so much. I try to reply to all of them via email (unless they are the "no-reply" ones) and also to visit your own wonderful blogs.
There are a few lovely Giveaways taking place at the moment in Blogland - have a look in my sidebar at the top of my blog to link to Madelief and Mimi and Tilly's blogs to join in their wonderful Giveaways.
Logan is such a handsome boy. Archie is at the groomers at the moment, he hates it but he doesn't have too much taken off, just a trim to tidy him up a bit.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't think of a nicer way to spend a rainy old day. The light in your photos is lovely and those books look wonderful. Enjoy!

Hi Gill, it's a while since I've read your blog as for some reason, it hasn't come up on my blogroll - will remedy that immediately.
ReplyDeleteI found you again on Annie's Knitsofacto because your comment was exactly what I was going to say, apart from still being shy! How strange! You have some beautiful images and I'm going to do some catch up reading. Nice to find you again. Axxx
Wonderful post, what a way to spend a wet rainy day, pure bliss!

The weather I gather, has not been the best over there. Rainy weather is good reading weather though. Enjoy your books and sewing projects. Please, do not feel obligated to respond via e-mail to my comments. I know how time consuming reading and writing back on peoples blogs is. Here's hoping the bout of bad weather turns around quickly for you.
ReplyDeleteI would love a rainy day here. Not only do we need it but I love to hear the rain outside and cuddle up like you with tea and a treat and some books and/or some needlework and if chilly a fire in the fireplace. Pure heaven to me! Enjoy! I may need to move there! LOL!
